The Engagement

The engagement began with a half-day technical ecosystem workshop, followed by a two-day on-site session that produced a full service design blueprint mapping employee personas, HR workflows, and automation gaps across Ateko's organization. A heat-map visualization of manual HR processes was a turning point: Ateko's own leadership was struck by the sheer volume of work that had never been visible before.
